Had a great experience. Very professional and very nice people to work with. Took care of my truck that had hail... damage. They also talked to my insurance company for me. They even delievered my truck back to my house. I would definitely recommend and would use them again if i needed to. Also paid my $1000 deductible so no out of pocket for me. If your vehicle has hail damage I recommend Frankie and Jasmine at ELITE HAIL REPAIR.My wife’s Infinity was blasted... with hail, I called and after a conversation with Jasmine , she cleared up any doubt or concerns we had. I met Frankie and he explained from start to finish how the repair process is , during the time of repair they stayed in touch giving us updates. Frankie and Jasmine are amazing! I had a cracked windshield from a rock 3 days before leaving on a trip, plus dings... and dents ALL over my car from hail. Literally, all I had to do was get claim numbers with my insurance for each issue and Elite Hail Team took care of the rest, all while I was on vacation. I didn’t have to talk to my insurance at all, not even once! They had my car ready for me when I got back from my trip looking all brand new again! Their work is fantastic and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Was a very smooth process. They talked to insurance company (Geico) and all I had to do was drop off car and pick it... up. And the advertisements are true - they paid my deductible. No money out of pocket. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.read more
